Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Noida. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless communication and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using computer systems. Additionally, the role involves following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

• Computer Literacy
