Position Name – Team Leader – Call Center
Job Location – Apollo Hospital Bhat, Near Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad
Industry – Hospital BPO Call Center
Total Vacancies – 2 Male/Female
Salary base – up to 30K
Experience – Min 2 to 3 Yrs exp as Team Leader in Domestic Call Centre or International BPO TL
Skills & Job Descriptions
– Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Local language skill of Gujarati is welcome.
– Monitor Agents calls for accuracy of information and call handling standards.
– Ensure that Agents are delivering a high level of customer service.
– Feedback sharing with agents of the monitored calls.
– Needs to provide training to the agent as required or weekly/monthly schedule.
– Verify that agents are providing accurate solutions to customers.
– Provide Supervisors and the Manager with regular performance feedback on the agents.
– Staffing and Roster Planning.
– Imparting domain training of new joinees.
– Training and motivating existing employees.
– Providing daily updates to the team.
– Daily huddle with the team to provide and check the process knowledge
