• To Take Incoming Calls To Customers. To Resolve The Customers Complaint & Issues. To Inform Them About New Products And Services. To Listen To Objections And Handle Them Effectively. To Generate More Good Communication & Call Quality With Customer Satisfaction. To Enter The Details Of Every Interaction In The System. To Maintain Login Hours And Punctuality. Must Have Decent Typing Speed (At Least 20 WPM)
Skills Required:
• Basic Computer Knowledge, Minimum 12th Pass Fluency In Gujarati And Hindi Languages Should Be Interactive Good Communication Skills
