Job Description
• *Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
- Update customer records and account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any additional concerns.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.
- Adhere to established call centre procedures and guidelines, including maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
• *Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in using call centre software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset when dealing with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the call centre's operational requirements.
- Graduation is required; additional certifications or training in customer service or call centre operations is a plus.
