Hireace is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre team based in Auckland Airport Oaks.
Our Customer Service Representatives are pivotal to our business. They are the first point of contact for our potential and existing customers!
As one of our Customer Service Representatives, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing quality service
Dealing with enquiries, conversion of enquiries into sales over the telephone - allocating and confirming Online Bookings
Understanding customers' needs and tailoring their hire to suit them
Providing solutions if a problem arises
Contribute to an awesome team culture
