Experience in sales conversion (sales focused)
Previous customer service experience is essential in a Call Centre environment
Demonstrates a high standard of English - both written and verbal - great interpersonal communication skills
An ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers - high data entry accuracy
Must have experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
