Handling Oubound/Inbound queries over telephone, converting leads in to walk-ins and admissions. Advise students on specific undergraduate programs and post graduate programs and admission procedure. Assisting the students while filling the form by resolving their queries. Guide students on sense of accountability and highest opportunity. Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi Ability to empathize with students problems, and resolve them. Work Location from REVA University Campus
