Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Executive to join our team at Asian Institute Of Medical Sciences (unit Of Blue Sapphire Healthcares ) in Delhi / NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints. You should be able to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Call Centre Executive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
