We are looking for experienced Call Centre Executives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Job description
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Managing the records of the end-to-end interaction with the prospective insurance clients
• Managing follow ups with the prospective client for document submission
Desired Candidate Profile
• A graduate degree is mandatory with 1-5yrs of experience in related field
• Excellent convincing skills to convert a cold lead to hot lead
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Proficient with MS Office
• Work well in stressful situations
• Work as per the shift timings
