We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our collections call centre operations for the Personal Loan segment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collections strategy, internal and external call centre management, and BPO/vendor partnerships.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Lead internal call center (100+ FTE) & external BPO vendors across multiple locations
- Design & implement collections strategies for personal loans (early to late stage)
- Manage allocation, vendor performance, and ensure compliance with RBI norms
- Drive KPIs collection efficiency, roll-back %, resolution rates, cost per collection- Collaborate with credit, risk & legal teams for recovery processes
What Were Looking For:
- 1020 years experience in large-scale unsecured loan collections
- Strong background in call centre operations & vendor management
- Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills
- Exposure to dialer systems and collection tech platforms
