We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operator. You will be responsible for working with customers, technicians on Mondays and Tuesdays. Reporting to the Office Team Leader in a team focused environment, this is a great opportunity to utilize your professional skills daily.
The role is a 6-month contract - PT hours - 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday).
The role may be further extended based on the job demand. Flexibility during peak times to cover staff leave is essential.
The role:
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
Deal with challenging customers in a professional manner.
Book jobs with customers and schedule technician job runs.
Accurate data entry.
Maintain relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
Proven experience working in an office environment with a strong call centre and customer service focus.
Ability to use Pronto or other ERP systems (preferred).
Highly organized with a proven record of juggling multiple tasks and demands.
Experience in a similar role, managing inbound and outbound phone calls with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear verbal communication skills.
Accurate data entry skills.
Proven ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with customers and technicians.
