Description
Outbound calling to members (not cold calling or sales)
Resolving customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant team
Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
Identifying and escalating priority issues
Following up on customer calls where necessary
Engaging with other departments
Maintaining customer databases
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
Prior outbound and inbound call centre experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation

Working hours Monday - Friday between 7am - 7pm roster
