Job Post: Call Center Team Leader and Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Team Leader and Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of call centre agents to ensure excellent customer service, meet performance targets, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing call centre agents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in call centre leadership and training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
