Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Team Leader and Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of call centre agents to ensure excellent customer service, meet performance targets, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing call centre agents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in call centre leadership and training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
