We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, resolving their queries, and preparing detailed content information based on the calls. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, providing them with information and resolving their doubts and queries.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling client inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare comprehensive content information after each call, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Document client interactions.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support.
• Stay informed about GC Diet and GCPure products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
• Schedule appointments, calls and follow-ups as necessary.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a call assistant, customer service representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• A professional and courteous attitude.
