• Call quality / transactional monitoring experience
• Experience in Coaching / Training Delivery
• Objection Handling Skills
• Good Understanding of how the support industry works
• Should possess good knowledge of creating reports
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Grasping complex issues and driving effective problem-solving
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be open to work on any shift
