Call Center Jobs: TeleSales / Customer Service Representative

Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Compensation/Salary:

• 12,000 to 40,000 per month in-hand. (based on interview performance)

• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. (process dependant)

• Health and wellness benefits might include.

Responsibilities:

• Making calls for lead/sales or handling incoming customer calls/inquiries.

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

• Assisting customers with product information and order processing.

• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records.

Requirements/Skills:

• HSC, Diploma, ITI or Graduate. | Fresher or Experienced.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi or Marathi languages.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

• Additional language proficiency (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese etc.).

• Experience in using customer service software or CRM tools.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service or call center is a plus.
