Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest roomsand baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendantpromotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Hotel room attendants, also called housekeepers, clean up after guests and prepare the roomsfor new guests. They must also ensure privacy and confidentiality for guests, in addition to addressing questions and concerns and reporting maintenance issues or other problems.
