This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for Dealz Management Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Caller, Recovery Agent, Executive, your daily tasks will involve debt collection activities, such as making calls, sending demand letters, and using skip tracing techniques to recover outstanding debts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally

• Experience in debt collection or related field is a plus

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
