Job Description
We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US Based company that provides healthcare commercial intelligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating (outbound phone calls) directly with the healthcare providers to verify and confirm executive contacts and titles.
Updating the C-Level executive data in the directories of a US-based healthcare data company
Confirming over the phone to verify that the names and designations are spelt correctly.
Entering all changes and new information into the databases in the specified format.
Communicating regularly with team leader/management/team members regarding the status of projects and work assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A passionate individual with a range of 4 - 5 years of experience in calling roles
Maintaining high productivity with high quality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/commerce, MBA, CFA, or any other Post-Grad Degree
SKILLS
Ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare providers
Understanding healthcare terminology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in both team and individual environments.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should be willing to work in US Shift.
LOCATION: Hyderabad, India
TIMINGS: IST 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM
