Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Calling Executive to support our Claim Salaahkaar vertical by connecting with customers and assisting them with insurance claim-related guidance. The role involves making outbound calls, coordinating for claim documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the claims support team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers to provide guidance on insurance claim procedures.
• Follow up with clients for required claim documents and information.
• Inform customers about claim status updates and next steps in the process.
• Coordinate with internal claims and operations teams to ensure timely support.
• Maintain daily MIS and call records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Address basic claim-related queries and escalate complex cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper communication with clients to improve claim service experience.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Gujarati preferred)
Customer service and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of insurance claims (preferred but not mandatory)
