Job Description
• Making outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to promote our products and services.
• Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all calls made and received.
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers to buy products or services.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints and difficult customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in a similar calling executive role is preferred, but not essential.

₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
