Job Title: Part-Time Camera Operator for IRL Streamer (Growth Opportunity)
Job Description:Looking for a reliable and motivated camera operator to join me as I build my presence as an IRL (in-real-life) streamer across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Kick. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, daily position as the channel scales.
What You’ll Do:
• Follow and film me during live IRL streams
• Help maintain smooth, stable video while on the move
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown of streaming gear
• Stay alert and adaptable in fast-paced, public environments
• Be part of the content—capturing moments in real time
Equipment:
• All main gear is provided (IRL backpack + Sony A7III)
• Familiarity with cameras/live streaming setups is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
• Flexible schedule (part-time to start)
• Willingness to work more frequently as the stream grows
• Good energy, reliability, and awareness in public settings
• Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods
• Comfortable being around live streaming and unpredictable situations
Compensation:
• Part-time pay to start (negotiable based on experience)
• Opportunity for increased pay and consistent daily work as the channel grows
