The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Camera Prep Technician to join our Camera Prep Floor in Greenford, London!
With guidance and direction from our shift leaders and fellow prep technicians, the successful candidate will aim to reach the necessary standards for preparing and checking camera equipment so that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and test Panavision cameral rental equipment.
Work with other departments to ensure good equipment flow throughout the prep process.
Liaise with shift leaders and Head of Departments on equipment issues.
Ensure good customer service is delivered both internally and externally.
Proactive promotion of all processes and new initiatives.
Prepare, check and ship equipment for rental.
Support crew requirements.
What you'll bring:
2+ years camera prep experience in a rental house.
In-depth knowledge of Panavision products and services.
Highly motivated and self-starter.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proactive in seeking out new knowledge and skills.
