Takes live fast-action photos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; photographs individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events.
Shoots and edits videos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; videos individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events; may create motion graphics.
Edits video and sound to produce full game footage and highlights.
Uploads photos and videos for easy retrieval; maintains a consistent digital asset management system.
Provides fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and news media requests.
Disseminates videos and photographs to media or other third parties as directed.
Travels to various games and events to capture shots and video footage.
May work with student journalists and sports writers as directed.
May assist other event personnel in the set-up, operation, and clean-up of event venues; ticket sales; ushering and crowd control; concession operations; and parking control as needed.
