We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dynamic Campaign and Events Assistant to join our growing team in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Work closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and project management.
• Support on-site event coordination, from setup to breakdown, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
• Research and liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure campaigns and events meet client goals and budgets.
• Maintain timelines and track progress of multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in compiling post-event reports, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights for future improvements.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, events, marketing, or a similar role (internships accepted).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on international campaigns or with global clients.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Passion for events and marketing, with a keen eye for detail.
