Position Overview:
Cisero is seeking a skilled Campaign Continuation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in sustaining the momentum of our marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving meaningful results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity and data-driven decision-making intersect.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Develop and maintain campaign schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, presenting findings to key stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) is a plus.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts is desirable but not required.
