About the role
We are looking for a results-focused and data-driven Campaign Delivery Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in campaign set-up, delivery and inbound lead generation growth. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter that wants to take ownership of the digital marketing function and work closely with our content marketing manager to create highly effective digital campaigns. The role is best suited for a candidate with a strong analytical and technical background, with experience setting up and independently running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Microsoft. A successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Define and own the campaign delivery and digital marketing roadmap
• Create and run Clientshare’s inbound lead generation pipeline
• Analyse and optimise website traffic journeys and conversions
• Build effective reporting on campaigns and website traffic
• Manage the digital marketing budget, forecast and spend reports
• Continue improving SEO to increase website conversions
• Support our Account Based Marketing campaigns with digital initiatives for expansion growth
• Work closely with the content marketing manager to create high-conversion campaign content
• Work closely with the SDRs to optimise conversion journeys from lead, MQL through to SQL
• Explore growth hacking techniques and innovative ways to increase inbound leads and account growth
Qualifications & Experience
• 3-5years' experience in a B2B digital marketing or campaign delivery role
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup environment
• Proven track record of deploying successful, B2B digital lead-gen campaigns
• Expert in both organic and paid growth strategies to increase traffic, inbound leads and conversion
• Being self-sufficient in setting up and managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads is essential
• Proven experience using HubSpot marketing tools, CRM and reporting
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimising campaign delivery and digital marketing effectiveness
• Deep understanding of conversion metrics, re-targeting strategies and data-analysis
• Technical experience in setting up campaign ad sets, digital marketing tools and software
