Campaign & Events Marketing Manager (Parental Leave Cover)
Location: London
Contract: this is a 6 month parental leave cover

About The Team
Join the VEED for Business marketing team, a fast-paced, action-driven environment where we deliver impactful campaigns and experiences for our B2B audience. We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to cover a parental leave for six months. This position is focused on executing integrated campaigns and coordinating a variety of corporate events to support VEED's growth goals.
What you will do
• Event Execution: Plan and execute a variety of industry events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner-led initiatives, assisted by an agency.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with agencies and our different marketing and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns across different channels, ensuring timely delivery. You'll be responsible for briefing, developing launch plans and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Agency & Vendor Coordination: Work with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to execute the marketing calendar and ensure smooth delivery.
• B2B Marketing Strategy Support: Identify and secure opportunities to enhance VEED's market presence through speaking engagements, podcast partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and other distribution channels.
• Performance Measurement: Track and report the ROI of owned activities, using data to optimize future efforts.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Sourcing speaker: Collaborate with our webinar program owner to source and brief attendants.
• Take ownership of additional tasks and projects as they emerge, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
About You
You're an organized and proactive marketer with hands-on experience running B2B integrated campaigns and coordinating events. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can navigate ambiguity with ease.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles.
• Proven track record in planning and executing digital and live events, such as tradeshows, corporate dinners, webinars, and conferences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Experience working across marketing and sales teams to drive alignment and impact.
• Understanding of key marketing areas, including performance marketing, content creation, and content syndication.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas and updates to stakeholders.
• Autonomous and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.
