Job Purpose
• SPOC for all Customer Communications for Marketing / Product / portfolio Teams for Consumer Banking Group
• As a Campaign Ops Lead, you are accountable in designing of planned campaigns to help business teams to achieve business targets
• Own the delivery of multi-channel data driven campaigns
Key Accountabilities
• Assist campaign managers in launching marketing campaigns as per agreed timelines
• Ensure that Campaign list is created as per approved CRT
• Adhere to Campaign ToR to ensure "Zero" Error Rate
• Supervise everyday Interactive workflow and procedures with QC (Maker-Checker)
• Fulfillment of Marketing Campaigns Winner List
• Campaign Performance Tracking
Job Duties & responsibilities
• Ensure 100% utilization of data led features of existing platforms in CMP
• Work with campaign operations team to ensure that the full capability of these features are implemented in campaigns
• Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per CRT.
• Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams to ensure all the building blocks of a campaign are put together accurately, on time.
• Being able to prioritize multiple tasks-based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs.
Required Experience
Non-technical Experience
• Good academic background
• Should be self-motivated and adaptable.
• Should be focused and well organized
Technical Experience
• 8 to 10 years of experience working in build & delivery of data driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Hands on Experience in using Enterprise Marketing tool like HCL UNICA is MUST; Adobe Campaigns and Oracle Eloqua etc... is a PLUS
• Experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria using relational data bases.
• Credit Card Business Knowledge is preferable
• Understanding of Big Data systems is beneficial
• Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education / Preferred Experience
• Bachelor / PG degree in Statistics, Mathematics / Computer science / IT is preferable
• Extensive experience in at least one Enterprise Marketing tool
