Job description
We’re searching for a Campaign Specialist to support the daily operations of digital messaging (email, push,
SMS) programs using various marketing automation platforms. This role collaborates with internal teams to
deliver high-quality service that is on-time and exceeds client expectations. This individual will be proficient in
campaign management methodologies from build and quality assurance checks to segmentation and
deployment configuration to send initiation. Are you passionate about email marketing and looking to expand

● Implement the day-to-day operational tasks to build, test, and launch simple to
sophisticated campaign workflows within platfroms like HubSpot and Total
Expert
● Upload targeting data, lists, and HTML; implement audience targeting schemas
and configure email templates
● Apply QA checklist with keen attention to detail and lead functional
testing/approval of campaign logic, templates, and content to launch campaigns
with a 0% error rate
● Monitor email efforts for errors and performance
● Provide reports or data extracts as needed
● Maintain daily interaction with campaign leads, provide status of campaigns, and
assist in updating the program calendar and ticketing system
● 4-5 years of experience and diligence working in an email campaign deployment
setting/platform is required
● Experience working independently on technically sophisticated clients/multiple
workstreams
● Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Total Expert is preferred
● Ability to read and understand code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL) is required
