Key Responsibilities
Campus Infrastructure & Maintenance
• Maintain exemplary standards in hygiene, cleanliness, washrooms, air-conditioning, lighting, and safety equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs for all campus assets.
• Ensure monthly campus audit reports reflect outstanding upkeep (targeting near-perfect scores).
University/College Liaisoning & Compliance
• Manage smooth coordination with partner universities/colleges, including exam center operations and Principal interactions.
• Handle all document submissions, deadlines, and regulatory requirements without escalations or show-cause notices.
• Proactively resolve any potential compliance issues to maintain zero-friction partnerships.
Admissions Support & Walk-in Conversion
• Support conversion of campus walk-in inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups and guidance.
• Create a welcoming campus environment and provide immediate responses to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to maximize on-site enrollment opportunities.
Academic Logistics
• Ensure 100% classroom and lab readiness, including projectors, sound systems, AC, PCs, and scheduling.
• Eliminate technical downtime, room clashes, or logistical disruptions for all scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate with faculty for seamless academic delivery and immediate issue resolution.
Administrative Operations
• Oversee security personnel, housekeeping services, and vendor contracts within monthly petty cash budgets.
• Monitor and control operational expenses (security, housekeeping, petty cash) to achieve cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all administrative spending and vendor performance.
Fee Collection Support
• Facilitate physical fee collections from students present on campus (DDs, cheques, on-spot payments).
• Coordinate with the finance team for prompt processing and follow-ups on pending collections.
• Ensure high recovery rates through direct student interactions and reminders.
Campus Discipline & Grievance Resolution
• Maintain campus discipline and swiftly address student complaints related to facilities or administration.
• Resolve all grievances within target timelines (e.g., 2 days average).
• Implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
Staff Retention & Team Management
• Lead and retain administrative staff reporting to the role, fostering a stable team environment.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, provide support, and minimize staff exits (targeting maximum 2 per year).
• Develop backup plans and cross-training to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 3+ years in campus/educational institute operations, facilities management, or administration.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream); preference for Education Management or Business Administration.
• Skills: Vendor management, compliance expertise, budget tracking (Excel proficiency), problem-solving, leadership.
• Attributes: Results-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, resilient under pressure.

• Zero escalations with university partners and rapid grievance resolutions.
