We are hiring for one of the Top Indian Private Sector Bank - (Name Confidential until Resume Shortlisting)
Responsibilities
Looking for Campus Lead role preferably from BFSI Domain.
Location: Mumbai
- Campus Strategy, Engagement, and Recruitment
- Run Campus Hiring programs.
- Partner with Colleges to deliver a campus sourcing strategy with key institutions across India.
- Oversee the entire Campus Recruitment team (PAN India 3-4 people for now)
- Build relationships with target Universities to ensure we successfully implement our campus engagement strategy
- Manage the recruitment process from attraction to offer for high quality candidates that align to the organization Values and responsible for always providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Further build relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
- Attend and present at campus events online and where required in person.
- Be a subject matter expert by having a pulse on the trends in the university space and present ideas that will help hiring strategy to ensure success.
- Undertake or lead special projects from time to time

Qualifications
- MBA/ PGDM (Full Time) in Human Resources from only Tier 1/2 Institutes. Do not apply if qualification is part time or distance learning.
- 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in Campus hiring
