We are hiring for one of our Top Client which is Indian Bank. (client details will remain confidential until resume Shortlisting process). The opportunity: As part of recruitment team, you will build strategic relationship with key leaders and other teams across complex business. Understanding business issues, Identify and implement recruitment solutions. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose. Key responsibilities : - Campus Strategy, Engagement, and Recruitment - Partner with Colleges to deliver a campus sourcing strategy with key institutions across India. - Oversee the entire Campus Recruitment team (PAN India 3-4 people for now) - Build relationships with target Universities to ensure we successfully implement our campus engagement strategy - Manage the recruitment process from attraction to offer for high quality candidates that align to the organizations Values and responsible for always providing an excellent candidate experience. - Further build relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks - Work with the Branding Team to assess brand building and attraction campaigns for campus plus support digital marketing initiatives - Attend and present at campus events online and where required in person. - Be a subject matter expert by having a pulse on the trends in the university space and present ideas that will help hiring strategy to ensure success. - Undertake or lead special projects from time to time Qualifications: - MBA/ PGDM (Full Time) in Human Resources from only Tier 1/2 Institutes. Do not apply if qualification is part time or distance learning. - 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in Campus hiring. - Good People acumen - Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple activities, priorities and adapt to changing conditions. - Acquire proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a dynamic environment - Demonstrate capability to design and implement resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach - Comfortable working closely with key senior management leaders - Analytical, resourceful and meticulous - Strong interpersonal, communications and project management skills - Ideally with hands-on knowledge on resourcing platforms, tools and techniques
