Campus Outreach Specialist.
Role Overview:
The Campus Outreach Coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across university campuses in India. This individual will work closely with campus ambassadors to generate leads, promote our organisation, and foster meaningful connections within the student community. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional in either sales, marketing or customer/student/parent interfacing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote the Organization: Serve as a brand ambassador, championing our vision, mission, and activities within university campuses.
2. Engage with Student Bodies: Cultivate relationships with various student societies, cells, and leaders to collaborate on initiatives and garner support for our programs.
3. Event Promotion: Strategically conduct & promote our events, workshops, webinars, and campaigns to maximise student participation and engagement.
4. Social Media Management: Leverage social media platforms to raise awareness about our organisation, activities, and upcoming events among students.
5. Peer-to-Peer Marketing: Implement peer-to-peer marketing strategies to encourage students to join our mailing list and follow our social media channels.
6. Feedback and Insights: Solicit feedback from students to understand their interests and suggestions, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Represent the Organization: Maintain a positive and professional image of our organisation on campus, acting as a liaison between us and the college community.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong understanding of how all educational marketing & outreach functions.
● Adapt to work in a fast-paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
● Demonstrated leadership experience or involvement in student organisations.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
● Passion for Academic Industry and empowering student communities.
