A Little Bit About the Role:
Awareness of GenAI technology has exploded over the last 12 months - and with it a whole new world has opened up for creators in advertising.
We are looking for a video editor and motion graphics operator who is highly proficient in both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our global team. You will be responsible for adapting and localising video content across a variety of clients for multiple medias (TV, Cinema, online/social, DOOH etc). You will provide post production experience and knowledge and technical proficiency in our growing creative & experience production team. You will have a keen eye for detail and by collaborating with our producers you'll ensure the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients' ambition, production values and commercial targets.
You will require deep experience with GenAI tools and what they can do for creators, the advertising industry and for marketing clients - as well as the positivity, energy and lateral problem solving to explore and expand techniques to push beyond any perceived creative limitations. One key measure of your success will be your ability to inspire a team with creative solutions day-to-day. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients and fame for your work, as well as make you one of the leading voices of the GenAI revolution.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Technical proficiency with video editing/motion graphics systems
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Excellent understanding of video compression and optimization for web.
• Strong attention to detail
• Perform quality assurance on all video footage and outputs.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude.
• Can work to tight deadlines and extremely well organized.
• A passion for outputting high quality work
• Ability to work at speed and at scale and to identify where efficiencies can be made.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and a passion for collaboration.
• Understanding the demands that come with working with Global brands

Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.
We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers.

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to.
We’re looking for someone willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and/or sales/recruiting experience.
One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll be directly responsible for that.
Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.
Responsibilities
• Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
• Screen potential CM candidates.
• Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
• Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
Requirements
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred
• Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
