Responsibilities
• Creating campus hiring plan against the business forecast for the given year
• Operating with various cross functional teams to execute campus hiring
• Responsible for fulfilling the fulltime campus hiring demands
• Establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with key accounts in the region strengthening university hiring & university relations
• End to end structuring, management and implementation of engagement activities pre & post recruitment to maximize joining conversion
• Collaborating & coordinating with multiple teams in planning, designing, implementing & managing engagement activities across colleges
