Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with project manager/BA and business stakeholders to understand requirement.
Ability to understand Business Problem and Business KPIs and provide BPM centric solution through digitized process, automations, User Interventions, and well-defined User Experience.
Deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.
Has expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of performance-oriented designs, disaster recovery, data archival, cloud-based application designs, scaling strategies and micro-service-based architectures.
You have finance domain experience creating solutions for banking products.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of working experience on Camunda BPM.
Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solutions using Camunda.
Design an end-to-end Camunda application with Spring Boot.
You have knowledge of Microservices design and development using Spring boot.
Hands on development experience in Camunda BPM & Java/J2EE
