We’re a five-person core team (plus a 15-member offshore data unit) building something with genuine unicorn potential.

What You’ll Do
Outreach and inform lawyers about Lexter. This is not a hard sales role.
Engage lawyers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and the Lexter platform.
Lead discovery calls to understand motivations, constraints, and ideal firm cultures.
Coach candidates on résumé tweaks, interview prep, and offer negotiations—always under strict confidentiality.
Keep meticulous notes and pipeline data in the Lexter platform; transparency is our super-power.
Partner with Employer-Side Advisors to ensure seamless, bias-free matching.
Work with the team to create reports that are used to send to candidates or clients as part of our ongoing growth and outreach efforts.

You’re a Fit If You Bring
2+ years in a people-heavy role—legal assistant, recruitment coordinator, customer success, inside sales, or similar.
A confident, warm phone presence; you don’t wait for calls—you make them.
Polished written communication (yes, we’ll read your cover letter).
Swiss-watch organisational skills: calendars, follow-ups, multiple active searches.
Curiosity about the legal world (firm structures, practice areas, billable-hour lingo).
Comfort with cloud tools (CRM/ATS, Slack, Google Workspace).
Nice-to-haves
Experience inside a law firm or legal department.
Familiarity with applicant-tracking or recruiting platforms.
Compensation & Perks
CAD $60,000-75,000 base salary.
Discretionary annual bonus tied to personal and company performance (non-commission)
2-week vacation (we expect you to take it).
