The Role Responsibilities
• The successful candidate will play a leading role in the delivery of multiple highly visible strategic Credit Risk programmes with the primary responsibilities around Testing Manager activities.
• The Candidate should strong automation skilled person having depth knowledge in automation implementation for End-to-End scenarios across applications in Credit Risk space.
• The candidate will be a natural leader and mentor with a driven yet pragmatic, delivery focused mindset and a desire to deliver constant business value through the effective and innovative use of technology. The candidate will be expected to take ownership, responsibility and accountability for critical deliveries.
• The candidate will work closely with the other team members and senior stakeholders to design and implement critical strategic solutions whilst collaborating and engaging with Business Stakeholders to deliver to exact requirements. The candidate is expected to work in a dynamic global team with developers, project managers, business stakeholders and other technical experts across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department and projects.
• Play an active role in defining and improving the project and the application.
• Deployment automation and monitoring of the application.
• Providing appropriate solutions for the application based on the requirements.
• Enhancing the features of the application based on the requirements.
• Plan coordinate and support changes implementation activities in test environment.
• Good understanding of agile processes, participate in backlog grooming sessions and daily sprint meetings.
• Support cross-functional teams in integration test efforts, support user acceptance testing and sign offs.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, articulate project challenges and progress. Coordinate and monitor testing progression and prepare reports and communicate results and progress with project stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner
