This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive Salesforce administration and project support, including dashboards, reports, territory/view development and maintenance
• Collaborate with the Sales organization to improve sales productivity and adoption and use of Salesforce and associated tools (i.e. ZoomInfo, Marketo)
• Support Field Sales Prospecting initiatives using marketing automation and sales engagement technologies.
• Provide end-user training and support
• Administer ongoing data cleansing and enhancement routines using applicable tools (i.e. Validity DemandTool, BriteVerify)
• Partner with Marketing to deliver end-to-end marketing campaign solutions from the creation of automated smart campaigns to reporting and the identification of future improvement to the marketing process
• Administer sales engagement technology (i.e. SalesLoft) and project support by collaborating with the Business Development team to help increase the volume and quality of leads, develop and maintain automation rules and cadence tracks, and establish dashboards and reports for management and end users
• Support additional Marketing and Sales functions including territory management administration, vertical market maintenance, reporting and data quality management
• Act as Liaison between the business and the Salesforce development team
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required plus 3 to 5 years of related experience (i.e. Salesforce administration or other sales CRM administration experience)
• Certification in Salesforce or other CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
• SQL database experience helpful
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo)
• Experience utilizing sales engagement technology (preferably SalesLoft)
• Familiarity with ancillary software tools (i.e. Validity DemandTool, BriteVerify, MS Power BI, ZoomInfo Data Quality, Dun & Bradstreet DataVision & Optimizer, and Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn and employ new software tools to solve key business problems
• Computer competency of MS Office (including Excel and/or Access)
