Support the maintenance of UBS Capital Management program's process documentation, consisting of process maps and process narratives, which depict the front to back production processes executed by the various Group Finance, Group Risk Control, and Group Technology stakeholders. . Work with Group Finance stakeholders to refresh the contents of the process documentation on a quarterly basis to be reflective of the production processes executed for Comprehensive Capital Adequacy Review (CCAR) and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP). . Socialize documentation standards with the Group Risk Control documentation team. . Coordinate periodic attestations with Group Finance and Group Risk Control stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their respective process documentation. . Perform ad hoc analytics on the documentation contents to address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., creating dashboards to summarize metrics for senior management). Your team You will be working in the Capital Management Process Documentation (CMPD) team, which is part of the central Capital Management team. The CMPD team establishes and maintains the standards in documenting the quarterly ICAAP and annual CCAR production process. CMPD team coordinates updates to the process documentation provided by Process Managers (PM) and Process Owners (PO), performs quality assurance reviews on the process documentation, coordinates periodic attestations / sign-offs, and consolidates the final process documentation as part of the annual CCAR submission to the FRB. In executing the above objectives, CMPD team is exposed to a uniquely broad range of functions and works with colleagues from across various levels and divisions at UBS. Your expertise You have . Previous work experience (3-5 years minimum) at a financial institution or major consultancy firm. . Very good communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to interact with colleagues and senior management. . Proven ability to deliver output that is high quality (both accurate and visually effective) and on time. . CCAR or other regulatory background. You are . Experienced in working with visual flow diagrams and related tools (e.g., MS Visio or ARIS) in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard (preferred). . Analytical and methodical, with great attention to detail. . Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint ARIS, Power BI, and Alteryx are a plus. . Team player, with eagerness to learn and willingness to take on any task during peak periods. . An expert at building relationships
