We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst in Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you will:

·Function as a senior member of MSSOT US Post Trade Technology team and work closely with the Business, functional and regional teams in the USA and India.

·Manage changes to the MSSOT Fixed Income and Equity business systems for Americas

·Act as expert and the point of contact for the application development related activities.

·Accountable for key deliveries of equities and fixed income post trade systems. Ensure changes are successfully developed, tested, and rolled out and supported.

·Collaborate with local and onsite leads to prioritize and deliver required changes while maintaining high performance levels.

·Identify opportunities to automate, improve efficiency and optimize cost through business and process flow re-engineering and platform re-engineering leveraging in-depth understanding of Equity Post Trade Life cycle processes. This will include reviewing, planning, and executing projects using RPA, AI/ML and cloud adoption.

·Adopt Agile and DevOps methodologies in software development practices. Ensure automation tools are utilized throughout the life cycle.

·Implement support models for Post Trade Environment and ensure adherence. Required to handle out-of-hours Releases, Changes, and other infrastructure maintenance activities.

·Required to provide support for Fixed Income and Equities Post Trade systems as business demands dictate in the region.

·Define and execute superior Service Level Agreement based procedures for a 24/5 production cycle for all Post trade systems regionally.

·Coordinate and execute periodic upgrades, patches, addressing any security vulnerabilities, managing capacity and disaster recovery procedures.

·Develop and maintain an information repository of application material that can be accessed by team resources.

·Regularly communicate with global stakeholders to provide status updates, successful solutions as well documenting all activities for future reference while overseeing local and offshore support team in logging and resolving all problem calls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Skillset:
• Experience in Broadridge Capital Markets applications – IMPACT, BPS, FinancePro, MBSE, ClearancePro and GLOSS
• Experience in liaising with Various vendors on their products preferably in Capital Markets business
• Proven strength of dealing with different departments of Investment Banking like Trading, Financing, Operation
• Understanding of investment bank front and back office process flows, including those from upstream and downstream systems
• Experience MS Office Toolsets – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
• Understanding of database and table relationships to produce various reports / dashboards for the various stakeholders.
• Experience in Project Management tools – Confluence, JIRA etc
• Exposure to enterprise ecosystems of distributed systems based on microservices
• Strong risk management skills, Negotiation Skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Financials tracking and budget management
• Work towards continuous improvement by incorporating learnings into process and adopting innovative methods.
• Understanding of investment bank front and back office process flows, including those from upstream and downstream systems
• Understanding of investment bank, exposure to SOX and other regulatory controls.
• Change Management & Incident Management Experience
• Experience in working with remote team members in different timezones and from diverse settings

Optional Skills:

·Experience in SQL, Unix Shell Scripting

·Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other Cloud Platforms

Vendor Technologies:

Exposure to Broadridge systems such as Impact and BPS/A – understanding of database and table relationships to produce various reports / dashboards for the various stakeholders
