As a Finance Professional in our Capital Stress Testing, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage integrated project plans for capital stress testing
Liaison with Sub Line of Business and Corporate and Others (i.e. Finance / Risk leads, Corporate Capital Stress Testing, Y14A reporting, Internal Audit, Business Control Officers, Model Risk Governance & Review, etc.)
Influence & analyze capital stress testing results by working closely with Finance / Risk stress testing teams and Consumer and Community banking Planning and Analysis Analytics lead
Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
Articulate FRB and Corporate guidance / instructions for each line of business
Provide timely updates and escalate material issues noted at lines of business level
Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required
5+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc.,
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers
Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Business Intelligence and Programming knowledge preferred
