Each pathway has three progressive outcome tiers, guiding students from foundational work to advanced impact-driven initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from around the world! Ideal candidates will have:
A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred) in STEM
Applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions: U.S. educational background not required, but project management experience is essential
Strong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning or related fields are especially valued
Passion for mentorship, leadership development, and education innovation
The Role: Capstone Mentor
As a Capstone Mentor, you’ll guide students through their personalized leadership project journey, helping them develop ideas, execute strategic plans, and reach tier-specific outcomes. These projects are central to students’ college applications and personal development.
Core Responsibilities:
Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track
Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience
Time Commitment & Flexibility
Around 5 hours per week (or more)
Flexible scheduling — you choose which students to work with
Mentors must commit to supporting students through project completion
Compensation
Compensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience. You will be paid for live session time, which includes:
1 hour session
~15 minutes preparation
~10 minutes session summary
~10-15 minutes follow-up/research
