Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor (Captain) located in Vadodara. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, and ensure the dining area is well-maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, training new employees, monitoring inventory levels, managing customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Supervisor will assist with marketing activities, reservations, and maintaining high service standards.

• Staff management, Training, and Leadership skills
• Customer service, Conflict resolution, and Interpersonal skills
• Inventory management and Scheduling skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
