Job Description
Order Management: Accurately record food and beverage orders using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system (e.g., Toast, Square, or Aloha) and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Sales & Upselling: Use product knowledge to make recommendations, suggest wine or cocktail pairings, and highlight daily specials to increase the average check size.
Food & Drink Delivery: Deliver orders promptly and "check back" within two minutes (or two bites) to ensure the meal meets the guest's expectations.
Table Maintenance: "Pre-bus" tables by removing empty plates, glassware, and debris throughout the meal to maintain a clean dining environment.
Financial Transactions: Prepare accurate itemized checks, process cash and credit card payments, and manage tips according to restaurant policy.
Side Work: Perform opening and closing duties, such as polishing silverware, rolling napkins, stocking service stations, and cleaning shared areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
