Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain Waiter located in Mumbai. The Captain Waiter will oversee the dining room, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Daily tasks include supervising waitstaff, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Additionally, the Captain Waiter is responsible for maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization in the dining area.
Qualifications

• Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
• Experience in cooking is beneficial
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
