Your new role
Casual positions are available (Monday - Friday) located in Adelaide for a Car Park Officer. The primary duties of the role will include ( but not be limited to )
Providing high-quality customer service to car park patrons
Patrolling car parks to ensure parking conditions are adhered to and issuing Payment Notice where breaches of the Terms and Conditions of Parking have occurred
Inspecting car parks daily to ensure they are presented in a clean and tidy manner and ensure all functions and services are operating according to legal requirements
Ensure all pay & display machines are operational and ticket rolls are filled
Under basic presentation tasks including the daily wipe down and cleaning of all signage and car park equipment. Tasks also include the daily collection of loose rubbish and the emptying of bins
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on templates provided by Care Park
Ensuring you attend all work hours in full uniform and in a professional manner
What you'll need to succeed
Strong language and communication skills and relate to customers in a friendly and professional manner
High degree of customer service
Strong attention to detail
Proactivity and initiative in providing ideas, suggestions and initiatives to improve the occupancy and revenue of the car park
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Eligibility to work in Australia
Previous car parking experience in similar roles
Current and unrestricted Drivers Licence
