Overview
Are you an outgoing, motivated individual looking to jumpstart your sales career? You don’t need to be a car expert—just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to help customers! We are looking for a Car Sales Associate to join our team. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in finding a vehicle that fits their needs and preferences.
Showcase vehicle features and benefits with engaging presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales.
Assist customers with financing options and trade-in evaluations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
Skills

Sales experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual/multilingual candidates are a plus!
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,+71.77-$156,6+1.23 per year
